We don't like theatre that is all bla bla bla and psychoanalysis and families resolving their issues on stage and too much reality. Yes, I guess we don't like too much reality. We like stories with images and feelings and emotions and things left unsaid. And we like spectacle a lot, spectacle that is wild and takes you to different worlds. Now there's spectacle and spectacle. I.e. Cirque du soleil is great spectacle. But that's not what we're aiming for
1. cause we can't afford it
2. cause even if we could we wouldn't do it that way. Cause that spectacle is a bit too much and leaves nothing to the imagination. We like more simple kind of spectacle, a few simple things, used in imaginative ways, suggesting so much more beyond what they are and only triggering the spectacle but leaving the imagination to do the rest, fill in the gaps. And the smart-ass that I am I suggest "spectaculation": spectacle, imagination but also speculation- because in the end we want nobody to be entirely sure of what they saw- just like we're not entirely sure of what we're doing (or saying... 
I leave this post with one wish: that spectaculation makes it to the future theatre terminology books!
